Hi Jeff,
A number of people have tried it.  I think Charmaine Taylor mentioned that a maximum portion of 5% could successfully be added with little change.

I have a good friend who has a saw mill and he has told me he can give me all the saw dust i want . Has anyone tried to make these papercrete blocks useing sawdust?
