http://solardesign.ning.com/photo/albums/solar-design-tsquare has some new pictures. I did a 1 hour model and 2 2 hour models. (one with 2 "shells") I quickly abandoned that! Too much work! I did not leave enough room for depth on the one hour model so it probably can be a fair bit bigger.
I had hoped that it could quickly get to the stage where factorys could stamp out dishes by the thousand and where people could make big panel cookers but perhaps that will not happen so fast. In the models the mirrors did not line up exactly with the plane of the surface that they were in. So if you do a papercrete solar cooker with mirrored tiles stuck in the papercrete, you should do just fine! But to go to an actual dish or folded panel cooker might need a mathematician to use calculus to get the curves of the surfaces right!
The papercrete must be light too because the thing has to be moved. Can it be light enough?
