Here is a link to information i found if you read through all of it there are some preporation video links i think!  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tadelakt  hope this is what you are looking for. but from what i understood it wouldnt work mixing it with pappercrete but maybe as a final coat over it!

If so do you know the recipe?  This is suppose to be waterproof.  Perhaps what ever they put in here could be used on the papercrete?  Yes/no?  Anyone have an idea?  I googled it but never found out how it is made.  Since it has been around for centuries one would think the recipe would be out on the web someplace
