Just a note that I have further updated the animated gif file at the bottom of the link below.
I now think that if you make a small accurate model with the solar design t-square, you can used graph paper or squared paper to make a model template. Scale up your sizes of the target to the size of your cooking pot and Cut your corrugated plastic to the same ratio as the and you should have the correct shape. Stick on mylar or alu foil and you should be ready to go.
