Interesting! What percent portland did you use? Dry or wet measure is fine, just trying to get an idea. I don't go below 20% anymore and mostly stick around 25-30%. Some of my original stuff with 10-15% content had problems with extended ground contact. I do not have anything in my mix besides paper and portland, although my paper mix is varied and does include some magazines which add a trivial amount of pozzolans.
