Or they condemn it for not meeting inspection. Or they call the police
because you won't let them in your "country". Or any number of other
methods. We have had it happen here, if you work in the legal system
you can delay it a long while, but they finally foreclosed on the guy
who insisted that his HOA was illegal (I believe he tried the "they are
not legal in my country" at one point as well). It did take them about
5 years though. To bring PC back into this, on the plus side it makes a
very good ballistic barrier when they send the SWAT team after you.
