Well in my 100 gal. mixer I use 5 gal. ppj,55 gal of water soaked paper, 1/2 a bag of lime,1/2 a bag or portland cement, add water per the thickness you want. I get the juice by shredding the pears in a limb shredder and boiling the pieces. Draw off the juice from the top and add the juice to the mixer toward the end of mixing a batch of pc.
