Re: [papercreters] Need Some Ideas...

<ka-ching! (idea)> Has anyone done the polyprop tubing thing like they use
for building with dirt/clay/cement only using papercrete instead?

Well, I have been on a rampage lately with project ideas. What I am having
difficulty with is materials. I am wondering if it is possible to make a
log like substance to replace the traditional wood substance.

This "log" needs to be a minimum of 8 feet long and preferably made from
readily available materials.

I have toyed with the idea of several layers of cardboard, but was wondering
if anyone had some thoughts of insight.

Tensile strength is the overall goal as it needs to be used as a frame for
the patio cover I am designing.

Thanks,
Chris
