[papercreters] Re: "Papercrete Kills"

I've just received some hate mail from a group member who missed the summation at the
end of my post, or simply didn't understand the point I was trying to make. At the end of my
post I pointed out that I use Portland cement and don't consider it any more harmful than a
host of other products in our modern world. The `papercrete kills' post was not meant to
steer people away from papercrete, but to turn the tables on the folks who have been
shooting down the idea of using asphalt emulsion in papercrete, due to potential health risks
associated with asphalt emulsion. All the safety info about cement is factual, but almost
nobody cares enough to do anything about it, except call you names and tell you you're silly
and ill-informed if you quote the EPA or medical journals. I'm still going to be experimenting
with papercrete and similar materials, because they're there to be experimented with, and I'm
interested in alternative building.
