ahh.. the disposal has been used by many since 1999. One place is a community in Oregon, Lost Valley see online at lostvalley.org I saw a large disposal mounted over a garbage can, the can had a drain over a screen where water ran into a tub under it, and the papercrete ran into the screen, and was then transferred to cast blocks. it was on a trolly so it had an elctrical cord running from a barn to it so it could be used outside, and then moved back inside in bad weather.
they also used a lot of glass sheets and dried and solar cooked their 'crete blocks on the ground for fast use.
another guy told me he had burned out his disposal by overheating it from too much use.
the trick with the disposal is to use it sporadically, not for hours on end.. they will burn out.. remember they are meant to be used for a few minutes at a time.
hey! get an industrial strength one, and it will work linger.
pretty much anything you can think of has been used as a mixer when you think about it, this nation has the most machines to do things..every industry has them.. in the pharma field there are big blenders for making medicines, so it is possible the perfect 'mixer" has been invented, and is in use, just not used for papercrete.
I keep thinking a long time spent looking through the Thomas Register of Manufacturers will find many machines for possible use!
.. oddest I saw was a real "creamed corn mixer" - a huge drum with tines on a rod down the center- they slowly turned the corn.. the drum laid on its side.. but a wringer washer I used for my mixes was faster and better than that thing. it only stirred, did not chop.
