[papercreters] Re: Airform Dome project update

So far it's been easier to dial in the thickness of the slurry to a
very specific consistency that will work in the gun and then add the
portland, and measuring that is easier with a scoop than a scale. I'm
sure I could figure out what the weight numbers are, but so far it
hasn't been an issue. There's some possible variation in the mixture
(not a lot, since I have a very specific thickness requirement) but
even if there are some minor variations in the paper/portland ratio, I
have made batches with quite large variations in mixture ratios, and
within reason they all make decent PC. And with foot thick walls I
doubt if small variations will matter much.

Since I am working with baled cellulose, getting the ratios (by
weight) should not be difficult. Will post.
