The amount of shrinkage varies with the amount of water. To finish that last gap try some pc that has been drained well, and pound it in with a 2x4 and hammer. The pc we did yesterday at Judith's wasn't exactly in the snow though there was snow all around us. Freezing doesn't seem to be a problem other than ice clogging the hose at first. And frozen fingers, of course.
Drying time is a function of humidity and air flow. Temperature affects humidity and things dry slower when they are cold. Mold is not a problem if you add borax to your mix.

Posted some new pics of tow mixer construction. Question how much shrinkage are people seeing when papercreting up (as infill) to a beam? Any suggestions on how to finish this last gap? Also are there any Washington, Coastal Oregon or BC papercreters who have experience with wet coast winters? Mold and slow drying seem an issue though Judith is talking about doing PC in snowy weather so maybe its OK... Anyway hopefully off to do perimeter drainage tomorrow.
