Hi Connie:
I never quite grasped the engineering of the frame on one of the
sources but the process for turning fiberglass screen into a roof is
simple enough. Stretch the material very tightly in a herringbone
weave and staple it fast then paint it with a solution of 50% water to
50% latex paint and enough portland to make a soupy mix. Then let it
dry and coat it with the latex and water and this time add 3 parts
sand to one part portland.

I lost some others. I am going to test it buy building a a carport.
it sounds to simple to work but it seems to be reality. Why kill
yourself with all the time and labor if you can build the walls and
roofs this way and dump rice hulls in the cavities or bags of them?
You can make the building in less than half the time and with out all
the concerns of mold etc.? This really fascinates me as well.
If you find more info , let me know!
