[papercreters] role of lime in papercrete

I have readthe lime will waterproof paper crete is this correct or do I
still need to paint with something like drylock to get a good product
for siding an exciting house to implove, well better stated, insulate a
1925 craftsmen stle house. there is no insulation the thaught was to
use 12 papercrete bricks then add a stucco finish of 50/50 paper to
cement papercrete with lime added to it if it waterproof then paint
white with brown trim.
