[papercreters] Fascinating old Mother Earth Article brings questions

http://www.motherearthnews.com/Green-Homes/1976-09-01/I-Live-In-A-Paper-
House.aspx?page=8

I found this fascinating 1976 article, another version of a paper house
and so close to me...Richardson, TX.

However, the dallascad.org site shows a large brick veneer home of
typical Dallas county $120,000 price tag, so obviously the little paper
dome is long gone.

Has anyone ever learned what happened to its builder, Lawrence Self?
Is he still around and into paper houses one way or another and can one
still order the $15 plan from him at another address? I can see some
real possibilities of using this in light of the Monolithic's expensive
air forms and other uses. The construction looks really quick too.

Anyone got any info about him or know where he is?

Connie
