[papercreters] Re: Sourcing papers

Judith if you are willing to change over to shredded paper, all you have
to do is go by your local clinic's, lawyer offices, city halls, CPA
offices, court houses, hospitials, colleges, schools of all kinds. They
all shred paper daily, in mass amounts, I get so much just from two
clinics and one city hall I can't hardly find a place to store it all
until I can put it to use. And the really nice thing about it is it all
contains clay and that makes for harder papercrete, and another nice
thing about it is it is all shredded and it don't take much effort to
pulp it.

BTB

P.S. Tell them just to call you when they need the paper picked up and
they won't have to haul it to the dumpster.

me they have a contract with a recycler and could not give me even a
little bit. No surprise but I thought I would at least give it a try.

taken the time to write on each bale "DO NOT STEAL BALES". So I stopped
at the dollar store on the way home and took all the boxes from their
dumpsters. I decided to go in and ask for some boxes and found that the
good ones are saved by the vendors and if they don't return them to the
plant they are charged for them. I don't know if the ones I took fell
under that category but I decided to keep my mouth shut and keep the
boxes I had already taken. From now on I will ask before I take any. So
far that is my only source. I'm pretty sure it will not be enough for
the new project and don't relish the thought of having to go around and
look for more sources.

in Santa Fe where they do all the recycling to see if they will let me
take some paper.

of paper I hope you will share it with the group.
