Re: [papercreters] Legality of papercrete housing

Greetings,
I am over in Grimes County and we have no code enforcement either. It
is not that we don't have codes, we do. You are suppose to build to the
National Code, but we have no building permits and no inspections. If
one was trying to find out where this situation exists, I would look for
information on building permits, as that is the big clue. No permit
means no inspections.

I wasn't born in Texas either, but we got here and it is home.
