Hi Joel, Not many of us have attempted pressing blocks.  Bob has done some, Bruce and Clair have made one, and I am in the process of making an auger fed squeeze box to press a continuous brick that can be cut to length.  You can buy an automated one for $25,000 from the guru, but all of us think we can do something similar for less.  You'll have to let us know your results.
