[papercreters] Re: Sourcing papers

This may sound like an odd suggestion but try the places where many people read the paper and then discard it like schools. I have been collecting papers from my small middle school for a short time and have accumulated a good quantity. at about 30 newspapers a day.
The original plan was to donate them to the local pound as animal bedding, but its easier for everybody if I collect them. Santa Fe should have big schools that would be happy to donate them for recycling. Maybe you can offer a tour to local classes to get them interested in saving them for you.

So I stopped at the dollar store on the way home and took all the boxes from their dumpsters. I decided to go in and ask for some boxes and found that the good ones are saved by the vendors and if they don't return them to the plant they are charged for them. I don't know if the ones I took fell under that category but I decided to keep my mouth shut and keep the boxes I had already taken. From now on I will ask before I take any. So far that is my only source. I'm pretty sure it will not be enough for the new project and don't relish the thought of having to go around and look for more sources.
