Hi this is my first post so here it goes lol.If u want a good water
proof coating there is a product called insualcoat is a water bourn
product enviro frendly has a 160% strech rating ,and gives r24
insulating factor.Can be applyed to wood or most any substrate the link

paints or devoe coatings.I will be using this for my papercrete house
to start next spring,once all the snows gone lol.Iv been a jm painter
for 20 yrs and am now driving off road trucks hauling stone for a
landscaping supply company.Well i hope this gives you some insite to
this.I put this stuff on a friends house and they figure they are
saving 400-500$ a year on heating costs,were in northern alberta and it
can get to -45c for a week at a time or more.Thx and have a great week.
