With that blade shape torque might not be a problem, and you'd certainly get a lot of agitation. I can see that working, anyone have a motor to give it a try?

__._,_.___Has anyone ever thought of using an outboard boat motor for mixing? It would fit easily on the side of a 55 gal drum. I know that some are air cooled so they wouldn't need to suck in water for cooling. They are geared for high speed not for torque though, so that would probably kill it right there. ------------------------------------ Yahoo!
