I dug around and found a company that sells the ceramic additive to
mix with ordinary paint. It runs about 10 dollars a gallon depending
on quantity and claims to reflect heat in summer and reflect it back
into the house in winter. If you painted the Ferro Cement roof above a
papercrete house with this stuff or directly on the dome it would
really help in the summer. Also you could use it to bring light inside.
