I loved the video, love the creativity behind it. But then, this is from someone who made a room divider / shelves from PVC pipe & boards, and to keep it from being boring, I drilled holes & glued colored beads in them - then dropped a string of white holiday lights inside. While I was at it, I threw in a wall switch, and we've been using it as a night-light for years.

 

Lacks motion and not a perfectionist's project, but it was a 'first-time, try-it' and has worked well. - nowhere near as cool as your video though. :) - elaine

I used rope light for the hoops and LED par cans for the fabric.
