[papercreters] Re: The Papercrete Design, Construction, and Maintenance Manual

The document definitely needs to be stored on the web.

I think it would be appropoprate to have a "published" copy of the
document that has been proofread and is ready for
downloading/printing/distributing.

I think it would also be appropriate to have a location for "working
copies" of the document. This would include updates that aren't
finished yet, submissions that aren't proofread yet, in need of
formatting or other issues.

Every so often the "working copies" would get cleaned up and we would
update the published copy with a new revision.

I'm far more concerned about the content of the document than where we
store the text. This Yahoo Group has a files section.

There is plenty of storage available there.

Papercreter.net would be nice too. Whatever works best.
