[papercreters] Sewage Grinder Pump - PC Mixer/Pump

How about trying a Sewage Grinder Pump to mix and pump PC?
These unit are like an industrial strength garbage disposal and sewer
pump combined. This looks safer to me than the lawn mower blade models.
(and a lot less work). I think you could rent a pump for a trial.
These pumps are designed to work in a sump about the size of a barrel.
They are usually mounted on a pipe rail to keep them stable and for
easier removal from the sump.
Seems to me you could mount the pump in a barrel and fill with water and
paper. Have the pump discharge feed back into the barrel to keep the
mixture recirculating in the barrel.
Once the paper is processed, add about a cup laundry soap and and 2 cups
Borax to entrain air and prevent mold and bacteria. The Borax will also
fireproof the paper, and it gives the mix a smooth texture.
Next add about a cup of Portland cement for each gallon of mix (more or
less to taste). No sand!
You can stir this with a shovel or a canoe paddle while the pump mixes
it up.
Last switch the pump discharge to a hose and pump the PC where you want
it.

Let me know what you think.... even if you just think this is crazy.
Thanks, Les
