I am talking about non PC concrete. Normally you would substitute
flyash in a standard mix pound for pound. So if your mix used a total
of 100lbs of cement per batch you could substitute 40lbs of flyash for
the same amount of portland cement.

There are more and more mixes that are using higher amounts of flyash
and even some that show promise that use no portland cement at all.
In the central Texas area though unless it is a job specific mix
normally 25% flyash is about the max that is allowed by local
authorities.
