Yeah, that's an interesting project. When I've thought of papercrete insulation, I always considered pouring the papercrete outside, and taking the dried panels in to put in the walls. Seems like you'd have serious water issues putting that much wet papercrete into your wall, given how long it takes to dry. Seems like that'd take his OSB sheathing apart.

What about "Delroy and Pauline" ?

It looks like he's an awesome ping pong player from Florida according
to my Google search and the pictures displayed on the wall.

It's another interesting project. Several people have discussed using
papercrete to insulate stud cavities in the past. It would be nice to
have contact information so that he could be invited to join us and
tell us his story.
