[papercreters] preecast rcc beam column and slabs actual problems and costing for use

in treditional civil construction the cast in situ work of beam column
lintel take so many times so if there is some practical option if
clolums will come preecast 'wall made at site then lintel preecast
then lofft chajja also preecast and at last the slab and the slab
beams will make preecast so there is so many savings of time and how
much the costing will rise for this preecast work
if we do cast in situ thier is labour and matereial at
site and if this is made at factory the less labour less curing and
more costing of lifting this preecast section with lift and placing
labours
if u have experience of doing this type of work i need
details of practical difficulties coming for this work and costing
calculaions
thank u my engineers frends
