I looked at the pumps on EBay and they seem to be in very good condition. The only thing I would recommend to do before utilizing this pump again is replacing the hose and changing the oil. Please find attached the service manual for DL25 model pumps FYI.
We have a selection of hose materials according to the fluid's compatibility. Please advise the product you wish to pump and I will quote you the best rubber hose and life expectancy.
Regarding the motor conversion from 3 phase to 1 phase, you can only vary your speed on 3 ph. The solution would be to purchase a drive 115V in 230/460 out to allow your existing installation to run.
