Thanks they are prety nice lookin blocks. But most of the credit goes to Bruce he has done most of the fabrication and plumbing it all together. As for doing anything differnt you bet it would be verticle not horazontal, due to gravity there is a bit of wedging at the bottom of the brick, some are fine and some have it ,i think its in the mix consitancy and delivery. We will see once we have the new hopper on.And this press is just to see if we could press them we will give this one to a friend who is going to south america to build a orfanage so this is just a proto type. We have another press in the works that we will be starting in a couple weeks once it drys up a bit.We have learend so much and thanks to everyons input from this site we have been able to come this far.We have also found a new spot to set up at right next to a busy hwy,and has a good water supply so we are moving forward every day.We have found a old grinder for grain at the acution so will modify it for drywall as we can use it in place of a % of cement. We also have 2 400 barrel silows of waste frac cement donated to us form the landfill and all the newspaper we can use.The head guy at the landfill said we are the future and landfills are old dinosuars and do not stop what we are doing,we all need to get off the couch and start recycling.Well im off to work iv got to spray my dumptruck box today before my boss has a stroke lol there is a 75% weight restriction so we cant haul anything till the end of april,3 yards in a 10 yard box doesnt pay.lol have a gerat easte weekend ttys
