Hi Guys, Continue to go foward but my understandung is that there is a Natinal Building Codes testing committee which recieves the product and does their own testing. Then after they have run all their test then they assign an ASTM number. The production of the approved product mustremain in a control production environment. A friend of mine , Jay Flushing , finally recieved a substitute ASTM number. I could ask him for his proceedural guide line amnual.
