That would be very useful! A while back a few group members were working
on getting papercrete into the building codes, and one of the stumbling
blocks was testing. Since CA has such stringent codes, that would be a
great place to test because they would know all the standards to exceed.
If we can stir up enough interest with the new members and the survivors
of that first effort, the work for code acceptance can continue.
It looks like the city I can see on the horizon is about to annex the
whole county, if they do I will have a personal interest in getting pc
past code authorities.
