I imagine you would want your paper/cardboard pre shredded or even pulverized before a mixer like this would be practical for papercrete. My flatbed truck has a Toyota 20R engine that has been beat up a lot since 1978, especially before I acquired it ten years ago, and it is still going strong. As a mortar mixer (mud floor!) this would probably work really well. If the 1 yard is load instead of tub capacity, about seven loads would cover your floors a foot thick. Do you have a backhoe available to load and unload it?

Great old machine for pumice crete or mortar or plaster. Not for aggregate larger than 3/4" max. Powered by Toyota 20R engine. Set up for load / unload with backhoe. Price for mixer includes 3 axle trailer. Call Nick 505-583-2417 for appointment.
