The red and green squigly lines are the high and low temps, the blue line running withing thier waveform is the average for either the red or the green
the purple at the top and the bottom are the high and lows EVER recorded
so maximum sustained average looks like 88-90 from july 15th to sept 15th
and the average in the worst of the winter is 5-8 degrees
