My concern with spraying papercrete in that situation would be moisture damage to your framing/sheathing while it dries. You'd probably be better off making PC panels to insert between the studs after they've dried.

Need to have you give me your opinion :  I have a unfinished garage.  The space between studs, where normally one would use rolls of insulation, could one spray PC between the studs, out even with the stud, or more, for the purpose of insulation.  And of course the ceiling (pitched) a well.  What advise wouold you have on such a project. Would one need wire mesh on ceiling?  etc?????????
