A fast way to move a house is Chainsaw it in flat sections and stack it on a trailer.
A good blaster like Keith could probably get it on your land with one well placed charge.

Now we are against the wall. The man wants the house moved
yesterday! And no blue prints, no contractors lined up.
This does not sound like a good deal to me. Why does that guy's problem become your emergency? Are you even certain the house CAN be moved without damage?
I would try a reverse tactic and tell the owner that if he does not stop pressuring you you will walk away, and he can get rid of the house himself.
let HIM spend money to move it away-- you are in a GOOD position-- don't let others control your pocketbook.
The house may have bad electrical, poor insulation rodent damage. Have it inspected-- even those is is "only $4500" that is still GOOD money,
In my area you can get a decent mobile home for FREE... with hust a few hundred to move it off a trailer park lot.
Do NOT jump just because others are pressuring you... you wl have no one else to blame when you are stuck with a broke down foundation, cracked sills, or other structural damage if omething goes wrong.
It may be hard, but walk away if you not have much control. It should be a FAIR deal to both parties. period.
