Jay, I know I'm not being very helpful right now . . . I'm in the middle of it for a bit longer . . .
 
I think the chats are REALLY important, but I do think we need an agenda before we decide to have a chat.  Somebody needs to poll the chatters and get an agenda set so we know what we're talking about.  We come in, ghost around for most of an hour before someone can figure out what we should discuss.  I don't have enough time to spare right now to make that workable.
