I don't want to sound like "I told you so" but honestly all busses flex. They all flex to the point that you put anything rigid in for insulation, it will crack in very short order and begin to crumble within a month or two. That's just the way it goes. I only reiterate this because many people have tried this before and it seems to be rather common knowledge in the busnut crowd. It would be sad to see someone spend all that time to insulate with papercrete, and then finish the conversion and then only later experience this. At that point it becomes a labor intensive process to rip out and replace with something else.
