Papercrete makes nice domes. http://starship-enterprises.net/paperdome/ sounds like what you are talking about.

I think someone is working on revamping the recipe database, and don't know if that is available yet, even in beta. If there was an announcement I missed it. I've been away a lot this spring and summer.
