Someone has done compressed pc. IIRC there are photos in the group area, but definitely on the web somewhere. He built a large machine that fed pc into a mold that was compressed with hydraulics. Pc has a tendency to spring back after being compressed, so you may have to hold the pressure on it after expelling the water, long enough to let the cement set up. There are several commercial products made with cellulose fibers and portland cement mainly, that are pressed and oven dried. The product is hard and fairly good insulation, usually sold in boards.

When I make triangles for domes they are consistent in size as long as I use the same mix. If I vary the formula then the end product varies accordingly.
