[papercreters] exterior color , latex paint and moisture????

i just had a brain storm or brain fart , yall can help me tell lol.
ok living in the north as i am if i am adding latex paint as an additive to the outer most layer. if i were to put a black/flat black latex will this help absorb solar and help dry any absorbed moisture from the surface area and warm the outer most surface to help melt any snow.

also anyone know how much can be added to non structual/core materials(the outter 1/2 inch or top coat) and how should it be figured into the mix.. latex paint as an additive will be useless if it all runs off. should i add it to the water or to the soaking water if used. . and has anyone shall we stress tested this. ie added latex paint and sunk a block in water to see how much more/less water is taken and held after intial drain ?
