A power spray washer pulps the paper quite well. Last fall mine did not do so well with cardboard boxes at Judith's place, but it does fine with newspaper, magazines, phonebooks, and recycled pc.

The expensive rotary nozzle is not necessary, but is nice.

IIRC some folks had trouble viewing these in the past because they are a Sony format and need a special codec. Depends on what program you use to view them. VLC works on my W7 confuzer.
