[papercreters] Don't think fly ash and volcanic ash are the same?

Aren't we talking about two different types of ash here? My reading says pozzolan ash comes from volcanoes and fly ash is a residue from coal-fired power plants. There is an ongoing discussion about the possible toxicity of the fly ash residue, but haven't found similar concerns about the pozzolan ash. Can anyone help clarify this.
