[papercreters] Re: Mixer running off a PTO??

---many farmers have a PTO driven rototiller which, in combination
with a concrete lined pit, should have the power to make papercrete in
volume ! IF ANYONE WOULD LIKE TO TRY THIS- please stay in touch - If
we could make this work then we would be empowering all of small town
