Hello
Looking at a low cost way to construct a garden retaining wall. Was
planing to use bag full of stones to construct a retaining wall of
around half a metre high and then cover the bags with paper crete.
will this work?
can I then use the paper Crete to construct steps or should I use
traditional concrete?
any advice would be much appreciated only me to do the work !
