It would take a BIG Dehumidifier unit to dry papercrete. The $$ cost to do this would be unbelieavable. This would require a industrial sized DH or AC unit runnig of 440 or 680 volts.
Nothing you can buy at Wal-Mart or Home Depot could do this. Look at the gallons of water used in making PC. Even on110 degree days it takes 2-3 weeks to dry a PC block completly.
