I've seen those used for cement work.  Using this method would require the tractor be disconnected from the mixer so it could be used for lifting the hopper (that's what that device is called over here).  The mix would have to be transferred to the hopper for delivery to the form.  That would require the mixer be high enough in relation to the hopper for gravity feeding the mix.  That's not impossible . . .

As I've stated in my introduction a few days ago: I've been reading all the posts for a while now. Not too long ago there was a discussion about the best way to deliver the PC from the mixer.

I'm currently in Austria and observed on a local construction site (a family building their own home with the help of relatives) a very interesting device: It's a concrete bucket that has an expeller hose attached. Well, it's better to just look at it:

So, if one were to attach such a hose to the mixer directly it would enable them to easily aim the PC into forms on the ground...
