when i first got interested in papercrete i shreaded a bunch of paper
in my garden shreader and tried to mix it in a cement mixer. it DOES
NOT mix it just gops around and tumbles in a ball, wet on the out side
dry on the inside.
grinding dry paper also takes a lot more power and is a dirty nasty job.
