What could these students do with papercrete, I wonder????

What could happen to a community (area of my state) of highly
unemployed people who could learn to make these blocks with the waste
from nearby (next county over) paper mill or with the farm wastes that
might be available? On top of that, the land in this area has tons of
limestone underneath its very wonderful dirt.
I went to the Rural Studio website but for some reason the "projects"
link doesn't show any projects! Though Wikipedia lists them, the links
don't show any pictures either. Perhaps it has been done to protect
the privacy of the owners, as described in the link.
I know the designs may be too "modern" for some tastes but what they've
done with some found stuff is amazinz, especially the Tire Chapel.
After all, they are students of architecture and this is a laboratory
for testing design as well as alternative materials. (There is also a
chapel with windows made of old windshields.)
