| Anyone familiar with using Papercrete would know that this kind of building is totally doable and makes a safe comfortable dwelling. The problem is unless you want to relocate to some remote area of the country and try to fly under the code/permit radar it is not possible. Is there any answer or hope forthcoming? I doubt it as the bureaucratic infrastructure is not about to relinquish their control. Too much money and too many jobs to perpetuate in the system for this to happen.
